Made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients

L-theanine for focus
An amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, and the reason green tea feels different from espresso despite similar caffeine. Caffeine alone spikes and dumps you; paired with L-theanine, research shows sharper attention with less of the jittery edge. Lyra carries 80mg against 90mg of caffeine, close to the 1:1 balance of loose-leaf green tea.

Green Coffee Beans for energy
The same beans as your morning cup, before roasting. Roasting builds flavour but burns off chlorogenic acids, the bean's natural antioxidants; unroasted, that profile stays intact. The source of most of Lyra's 90mg of caffeine. Less than a large coffee, and that's deliberate. No anhydrous caffeine, nothing synthesised in a lab.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What makes Lyra different from a regular energy drink?
Most energy drinks rely on high doses of synthetic caffeine and sugar for a fast, short-lived buzz or spike but then followed by a crash. Lyra uses a smarter formula: a moderate 100mg of natural caffeine paired with L-theanine, which smooths the curve so energy rises steadily and stays. No sugar, no synthetic caffeine, no worries.
Who is Lyra for?
Made for more focus at the desk, more steadiness on the shift, and deeper creative hours — and ultimately, a brighter, calmer way to do your best work.
Where does Lyra's caffeine come from?
Two natural sources — green coffee bean extract and jasmine green tea. Together, they deliver 100mg of caffeine per can, roughly equivalent to one and a half espresso shots.
When should I drink Lyra? How long does Lyra's effect last?
Caffeine typically takes 15-30 minutes to kick in, so drink Lyra about half an hour before you need it. Most people feel the lift for 3-5 hours, with caffeine fully clearing the system around 8-10 hours after drinking. We recommend keeping Lyra during morning and early afternoon.
How frequent can I drink Lyra?
Lyra is designed for daily use. At 100mg of caffeine per can (less than a standard cup of brewed coffee), it's well within the daily caffeine intake recommended for healthy adults (up to 400mg per day, per FDA and EFSA). We don't recommend more than two cans per day.
Is Lyra gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian?
Yes to all three. Lyra is gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Can I drink Lyra while taking medication?
If you're on prescription medication, pregnant, breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine, we recommend checking with your doctor first. Lyra contains 100mg of natural caffeine and panax ginseng, both of which can interact with certain medications.
